Gelateria Mazzini
- New product presentation
Behind those few seconds of pleasure at the counter there are hours of preparation, skilled hands and patient waiting. Our job as an agency was to make all this “hidden” work visible.

What we did
Filming in the lab · Editing
The hidden work, frame by frame
We broke the production process down into essential frames, creating an edit that takes viewers inside the lab and makes them appreciate the value of what they're about to eat.
What the video shows
The video starts in the lab, in half-light. The ingredients go into the mixer, the dough is cut and worked by hand, then goes into the oven. The new pastry arrives under a glass dome, among hazelnuts and ingredients, is cut in half and reveals its filling. It ends with the first bite, and a smile.
Why tell the process
People who taste only see the result. Showing the work that comes before, the hands, the time, the care, changes how a product is perceived: it's no longer just a pastry at the counter, it's the result of a craft. And it's a story that works on a website, on social media and in a launch campaign.

Frequently asked questions
How do you present a new product on video?
By showing what people usually don't see. For Gelateria Mazzini we broke the production process down into essential frames: an edit that takes viewers inside the lab, from the ingredients to the oven, all the way to the first bite, and makes them appreciate the value of what they're about to eat.
Do you make videos for labs, cafés and shops too?
Yes. For labs, cafés and shops we make presentation videos, social media content and product photos. We film on site, where the product is made, or, if the product can be shipped, we work remotely in our studio in Grugliasco, just outside Turin, Italy.
