Who is Reelab Studio?
Reelab Studio is a communication and marketing agency, video production company and web development studio based in Grugliasco, just outside Turin, Italy. It brings TV standards to digital content: it produces cinematic videos and commercials, manages social media and paid campaigns and builds websites, for brands of every size.
Why choose a single studio for video, social media and website?
Because your brand speaks with one voice. When the people who shoot your video, publish it and build your website work in the same studio, style, messages and goals stay consistent on every channel. And you have a single point of contact, instead of coordinating different suppliers.
What does “Zero Stress” mean?
It's how we work: turnkey packages where we take care of everything, from creative writing to post-production, all the way to publishing. Whether it's a commercial, drone filming or a monthly content plan, you set the goal and we deliver the result.
What services does Reelab Studio offer?
Reelab Studio offers corporate video and commercial production, social media videos, drone filming, corporate and product photography, remote product photo and video, social media management, paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, and custom website design and development. All in one studio, in Grugliasco, just outside Turin, Italy.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. You can ask us for a single video, a photo shoot, a campaign or a website, or for a tailored package that combines production and strategy. The advantage of having everything in one studio is consistency: the people who shoot your video, publish it and build your website work together.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. We work with brands of every size, from freelancers to large companies. We believe every brand deserves powerful visual storytelling that moves people and stays with them. Each project is built around your needs and your goals, not around a standard format.
What's the difference between a communication agency and a production company?
A communication agency plans the strategy, the messages and the channels; a production company makes the videos, commercials and photos. Reelab Studio does both, and builds websites too. So strategy, production and web development work together in the same studio, with a single point of contact.
Video production and commercials
How much does a corporate video cost?
It depends on what you need: the length of the video, the shooting days, the locations, the people on camera, drone use and the amount of post-production. That's why every quote starts from your goal, not from a fixed format. Tell us about your project through the contact form, on WhatsApp or by phone: we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
How long does it take to shoot a commercial?
It depends on the idea, the locations and how many scenes are needed. Preparation makes the difference: the commercial «Il viaggio della chiave» for Gnm Immobiliare, for example, was shot in a single day, thanks to location scouting in every setting and a precise shooting plan. We agree on your project's timeline together before we start.
Do you write the idea and the script?
Yes. Creative writing is part of our job: we start from your goal, pitch the idea, write the script and prepare the shooting plan. If you already have an idea or a script, we develop it together and bring it to set with the same care, all the way to post-production.
What's the difference between a corporate video and a commercial?
A commercial is short and has a direct goal: making people remember a brand, a product or an offer, on TV, online or in paid campaigns. A corporate video tells the company's story more broadly: people, spaces, processes, values. If you plan ahead, both can come out of the same shoot.
Do you film outside Turin?
Yes. Our studio is in Grugliasco, just outside Turin, and we travel for shoots, events and photo sessions. We work with companies in Turin and across Piedmont; for products there's also our remote photo and video service, for brands from all over Italy and abroad.
What format will I receive the video in?
In the format you need: horizontal 16:9 for your website, YouTube and screens; vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts; 4:5 or 1:1 for the feed and for many ads. We decide at the start, so every shot is framed for the right screen.
Can I use the same video on my website, social media and campaigns?
Yes, and it's the best way to get the most out of a production. By planning the formats before the shoot, we get the full version for your website and shorter versions for social media and paid campaigns from the same set. If you like, we publish and promote the content for you.
Drone filming
Do you need permits for drone filming?
It depends on where and how you fly. In Italy, European rules and ENAC rules apply: in some zones, for example near airports or in city centres, there are limits or you need authorisation. That's why, before confirming the shoot, we check the area with you and plan the flight.
Can you fly a drone in Turin?
In some areas yes, in others there are specific limits: the Turin area includes dense urban zones and controlled airspace. Every location has to be checked beforehand, address by address. Tell us where you'd like to film: we'll check the zone and tell you which aerial shots are possible, and on what conditions.
What happens if it rains or it's windy on the day of the shoot?
The drone only flies in suitable conditions: strong wind, rain or poor visibility don't allow safe shots, or good-looking ones. That's why the weather is part of the flight plan. If conditions don't allow it, we look together at another date or a backup plan with ground footage only.
Can drone footage be combined with a corporate video or a commercial?
Yes, and it's often the best way to use it. Aerial shots open the story, give scale to spaces and work as transitions between the scenes filmed on the ground. We plan them together with the rest of the shoot, so the drone serves the story instead of being an effect on its own.
How much does drone filming cost?
It depends on the location, the checks and permits needed, the length of the shoot and how much editing is required. It also changes depending on whether the drone is part of a bigger production or you only need aerial footage. Tell us about your project: we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
Can you film an event with lots of people from above?
It can be done, but with precise rules: the drone can't fly freely over a crowd. That's why positions, routes and shots are chosen carefully, often from the edges of the area or before the audience arrives. We discuss it together during the site visit, event by event.
Photography
What's the difference between still life and lifestyle photos?
Still life shows the product on its own, on a clean background with controlled light: it's the photo you see on product pages and in catalogues. Lifestyle places the product in a real setting, often with people, and shows how it's used. You need both, for different reasons.
Can you shoot at our offices?
Yes. For portraits, teams, spaces and work in action, we come to your offices, shop or workshop. For products and still life, our studio in Grugliasco is often the better choice, because light and set are under control. If your product is far away, you can ship it to us with our remote service.
Are the photos suitable for Amazon and other marketplaces?
Yes, if you tell us beforehand. Every marketplace has its own image rules, especially for the main photo, which usually has to be on a white background. We set up the set, framing and formats around those rules and also prepare lifestyle photos for the rest of the product page.
Are the photos retouched?
Yes. The selected photos go through post-production: colour and light correction, removal of dust and small flaws, consistency from one product to the next. The goal is a photo that's polished but believable, showing the product or the person as they really are, at their best.
How much does a corporate photo shoot cost?
It depends on the type of shoot, the number of products or people, the location and the post-production required. A still life shoot in the studio and a corporate shoot at your offices have different needs. Tell us what you need and where you'll use the photos: we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
I can't bring you the product: what can we do?
You can ship it to us. With our remote photo and video service you send us the product by post or courier, from anywhere in Italy or from abroad. We photograph it, shoot the videos you need and send the product back to you together with photos and videos ready to use.
Remote product photo and video
How does the remote photo and video service work?
You send us your product by post or courier. We photograph it and shoot the videos you need: photos for e-commerce, ads, Instagram and your website, videos and, if you like, a commercial. At the end, we send your product back together with the photos and videos.
Where can I ship my product from?
From any city in Italy and from abroad too. Send your product by post or courier to our studio in Grugliasco, just outside Turin.
What kinds of products do you photograph?
Any product that can be shipped by post. Before you ship, drop us a line: we'll tell you how to pack it and which photos and videos you need for your channels.
Can I also get a video or a commercial?
Yes. Besides photos, we create product videos, Reels and TikToks and, if you like, a real commercial starring your product.
Will I get my product back?
Yes. After the shoot we send your product back to you, together with photos and videos ready to publish.
Are the photos suitable for paid campaigns?
Yes. We create photos and videos designed for ads, Instagram and your website. If you like, we can also manage your paid campaigns on Meta.
How do I ask for a quote?
Write to us through the contact form, on WhatsApp or call +39 327 290 5889, and tell us about your product and what you need: we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
Social media
Do you manage social media and paid campaigns?
Yes. We take care of the full management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube: content plan, content creation, community management and paid campaigns on Meta.
What does a social media manager do?
A social media manager plans, creates and publishes a brand's content on social media, handles comments and messages and reads the data to see what works. At Reelab, social media management also includes producing photos and videos in-house and, when needed, paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
Which social networks do you work on?
We manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. You don't need to be everywhere: together we choose the platforms where your audience is and where your content can perform best. A few polished, consistently updated profiles are better than lots of profiles opened and left half-finished.
Do you create the content or do I have to provide it?
We create it: photos, videos, Reels and carousels, produced with TV-grade equipment during dedicated shoots. If you already have good material, we're happy to include it in the plan. Your most important contribution is something else: telling us about your business, so the content really speaks about you.
How much does social media management cost?
It depends on how many platforms we manage, how much content you need each month, how much production work it requires and whether paid campaigns are included. That's why we start from an analysis of your profiles and your goals. Then we reply with a tailored proposal.
Do you also reply to comments and messages?
Yes, community management is part of the service: we reply to comments and messages in your brand's tone of voice and involve you when a technical or commercial answer is needed. A well-managed community builds trust, and trust brings leads.
When will I see results?
It depends on your starting point, your industry and your goals, and no one who's honest can promise numbers before starting. What we can do is set clear goals, be consistent and read the data every month, adjusting the plan to what really works.
Can I hand you just the content and publish it myself?
Yes. We can take care of production only, with photos and videos ready to post, or of the full management of your profiles. We design the mix around you: you keep what you want to handle directly, and we take care of the rest with the same care.
Paid campaigns
How much budget do I need for a paid campaign?
There's no figure that's right for everyone: it depends on the goal, the area you want to reach, how long the campaign runs and how competitive your industry is. We decide the ad budget together, starting with a test and increasing it on what really works, based on the data.
Is it better to advertise on Instagram or on Facebook?
It depends on where your audience is. With a Meta campaign you can appear on both platforms and choose the placements: feed, stories, Reels. It often makes sense to start with both and then focus the budget where results are better, based on the data.
What's the difference between “Boost post” and a proper campaign?
“Boost post” promotes a post you've already published, with few options. A campaign created in Meta Ads Manager lets you choose the objective, audience, placements and creative variants, and measure the results. That's where you build campaigns designed to bring leads and sales, not just views.
Do you also make the photos and videos for the ads?
Yes, and it's our strong point. In our studio we produce photos and videos designed for ads, in Instagram and Facebook formats, with variants to test. If your product is far from Turin, you can ship it to us with our remote photo and video service.
Can you run campaigns for businesses outside Turin?
Yes. Campaigns are set up and managed online and can reach whatever area you need: a neighbourhood, a city, a region or the whole of Italy. For the content we can come to you, if you're in Piedmont, or work remotely with the product you ship us.
How do I know if the campaign is working?
By looking at the numbers that matter for your goal: cost per lead, enquiries received, sales, website visits. Likes and views on their own say little. We show you the trend clearly and decide together how to move the budget, which creatives to keep and what to change.
Websites
Do you also build websites?
Yes. We design and develop custom websites for companies and professionals, fast and built with SEO in mind, so the content we produce works hand in hand with your site.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need, the features required, the languages and how much content has to be created from scratch, such as copy, photos and videos. A simple showcase website and a website with many sections cost different amounts. Tell us what you need: we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the size of the website and on how ready the content is. Often what makes the difference isn't the development, but gathering copy, photos and information: that's why we can produce them for you. We agree on your project's timeline together, before we start.
Will my website be optimised for Google?
Yes, SEO basics are part of the job: titles and descriptions for every page, a clear structure, structured data, useful copy and a website that's fast on mobile too. No one can guarantee the top spot on Google, but a well-built website starts with the right foundations.
Will my website work well on mobile?
Yes. We design for smartphones first, because that's where a large share of visits comes from. Readable text, comfortable buttons, contact details one tap away and lightweight pages. Then we adapt everything to tablet and desktop, checking every page before launch.
Do you also write the copy and take the photos for the website?
Yes. We're also a production company: we can write the copy, photograph products, spaces and people and film the videos for your website. It's the simplest way to get a consistent website full of real content, instead of generic images and copied text.
Can you redo my current website?
Yes. We start from what's there: content, pages and Google rankings. We keep what works, improve the rest and, when page addresses change, set up redirects from the old ones to the new ones. That way, moving to the new website doesn't throw away the work already done.
Work
What is a spec commercial?
It's a commercial made on your own initiative, without a commission from the brand, to show ideas and creative skills. Our «NIKE (Spec Commercial)» is spec work, not commissioned by or affiliated with Nike Inc.: we made it for our creative portfolio, and it carries the Reelab Production signature.
What is Reelab Production?
It's the signature for Reelab Studio's creative projects. These include «NIKE (Spec Commercial)», spec work, not commissioned by or affiliated with Nike Inc., and «A place behind», a short film that serves as a prequel to the video game Little Nightmares II. They're projects where we experiment with storytelling and cinematic language, with the same care as our brand productions.
Where did the Hardcore Drivers car meet take place?
The evening car meet shown in the video took place at Torino Outlet Village, in Settimo Torinese, just outside Turin. Reelab Studio filmed the night and told its story through tight editing, high-impact visual effects and an immersive soundtrack, to capture the essence of car street culture.
Do you make videos for other events too?
Yes. We travel for shoots and events, in Turin and across Piedmont. Before the event we plan the moments not to miss with you; afterwards, we tell the story with the right editing, visual effects and music. If needed, we add aerial footage with certified drones and vertical content for social media.
How long did the Gnm Immobiliare shoot take?
A single day of filming. Behind it there was careful preparation: scouting every location, studying the light and the spaces, and a plan that let us arrive on set knowing exactly what we were looking for. That's how we filmed everything as planned, without a hitch.
What story does «Il viaggio della chiave» tell?
It follows a key passing from hand to hand: from a craftsman's workbench to a floor plan, from a building site to the moment it's handed to a couple in their new home. The idea is simple: behind every home there's a journey made of hands, crafts and dedication, long before it becomes yours.
How do you present a new product on video?
By showing what people usually don't see. For Gelateria Mazzini we broke the production process down into essential frames: an edit that takes viewers inside the lab, from the ingredients to the oven, all the way to the first bite, and makes them appreciate the value of what they're about to eat.
Do you make videos for labs, cafés and shops too?
Yes. For labs, cafés and shops we make presentation videos, social media content and product photos. We film on site, where the product is made, or, if the product can be shipped, we work remotely in our studio in Grugliasco, just outside Turin, Italy.
Is Reelab's Nike commercial official?
No. «NIKE (Spec Commercial)» is spec work, not commissioned by or affiliated with Nike Inc.: a commercial we made on our own initiative for our creative portfolio. We made it under the Reelab Production signature, to show how we tell a brand's story with a cinematic language.
What is the spec commercial about?
It's a tribute to greatness and inspiration: it tells the bond between an idol and those who dream of following in their footsteps. Iconic archive footage alternates with original cinematic shots, creating a parallel between the legend of Tiger Woods and the dedication of a young athlete, until the two stories meet.
What is A place behind about?
«A place behind» is a short film by Reelab Production, a prequel to the video game Little Nightmares II. It tells Mono's origins: an introverted boy, tormented by bullying and isolation, finds an abandoned hideout and a mysterious music box. The film reveals why Mono wears a paper bag on his head.
Who is Mono?
Mono is the protagonist of the video game Little Nightmares II: a boy who wears a paper bag on his head. In the short film «A place behind», Reelab Production imagines his story before the game, up to the moment when, swallowed by the television, he is hurled into the twisted world of Little Nightmares.
Quotes and contact
What should I include in a quote request?
A few lines are enough: what you need, whether it's a video, a photo shoot, social media or a website; what it's for and where it will be used; and any deadline. If you have examples you like, add them. The clearer the picture, the more precise our tailored proposal will be.
How can I contact Reelab Studio?
You can call us or message us on WhatsApp at +39 327 290 5889, email info@reelabstudio.it or use the form on the Contact page. Our studio is at Via G. A. Michiardi 54, 10095 Grugliasco (TO), just outside Turin, Italy: we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
Social media videos
Social media videos
What's the difference between Reels, TikTok and Shorts?
They're three formats of short vertical video: Reels live on Instagram and Facebook, TikToks on the TikTok app, Shorts on YouTube. The language is similar, but audiences, trends and habits change. That's why we adapt captions, pace and cover to each platform, starting from the same shoot.
What's the right format for a social media video?
For Reels, TikTok, Shorts and stories, the format is vertical 9:16, full screen (1080 × 1920 pixels). For Instagram and Facebook feed posts, 4:5 works well. In every case we keep text and subtitles away from the edges, where apps show buttons and captions.
How long should a Reel be?
There's no single right length. What matters most is that the video hooks people in the first seconds and keeps its pace until the end. A short, clear video often works better than a long one; a tutorial or a story needs more time. We decide the length based on the goal.
Do you publish the videos on my profiles?
Yes, if you also hand us your social media management. In that case we take care of the content calendar, publishing, captions and community management, and we read the data to improve the next videos. If you'd rather publish yourself, we deliver ready-to-post files, with covers and captions.
Can I use the same videos for paid ads?
Yes. Many social videos also work well as ads, sometimes with small changes: a more direct opening, different text, a clear call to action. If campaigns are already in the plan, we film with the ads in mind. And we can run your paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook too.
How many videos do I need per month?
It depends on your goals, platforms and resources. Consistency matters more than quantity: a few polished, regular videos beat lots of improvised content. We set the right number together in the content plan, and we review it by looking at the data from previous months.
How much does a social media video cost?
It depends on how many videos you need, how complex they are and whether they're filmed in the studio or on location. Planning several pieces of content in the same shooting day helps keep costs down. Tell us what you need and where you want to publish: we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
